How to navigate the Dealer Portal

In the Dealer Portal, we provide you with all important information you need as a dealer. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side, you will find:

  • Home — Home page with an overview of the most important information
  • Images & Media — Access to images, videos, and other marketing resources
  • Documents — Important files such as price lists, product sheets or contract documents
  • Video Academy — Training videos and tutorials on Hase Bikes and accessories
  • Newsletters — Read all previous dealer newsletters in our archive
  • Contact Us — Your direct line to Support, Sales, and Marketing

At the bottom of the menu, you will find additional options:

  • Language Selection – (e.g. English)
  • Settings – for personal adjustments
  • AGB — Terms and conditions
  • Log out — To securely sign out of the portal
