New item in rehab accessories: hand cone

For the Kettwiesel ONE – our premium recumbent trike with lower handlebar – a new handlebar hand cone (item no. 29154) is now available. It is fitted to the handlebar end instead of the standing aid and offers significantly improved ergonomic support for hand positioning, particularly for users with cramped hands.
