That's how it works

Registration in the new Hase Bikes configurator is exclusively reserved for our dealers and requires approval by Hase Bikes. Once this has been done, orders and offers can be made at any time. Here you can put together our top-selling bikes (prefabricated bikes in standardized versions, as they are in our warehouse), as well as our custom bikes, i.e. individually configured equipment, as well as accessories and spare parts in your shopping cart.

The configurator only allows the selection of mutually compatible components for the individual models. Only what fits together can be clicked on and the process can only be completed when all necessary parts have been taken into account. So nothing can be forgotten and everything fits together perfectly in the end.

Configuration options are based in part on previous part selection. For example, the display of compatible circuits depends on the previously selected motor model.

The configurator also provides information, such as instructions about articles for viewing and downloading. There are pictures of almost all articles.

Once you have filled your shopping cart (corresponds to a cache), you can

a) save a configuration. To do this, click on “Request configuration” in your shopping cart - you can find it in your account under “Configurations”.

b) Place your order with us. To do this, click “checkout” in your shopping cart. You will receive an order confirmation within two working days - as well as a confirmation email with the expected delivery date.

For custom bikes, you will receive a separate email with the delivery date of the bike.

On the day of completion by us or as soon as the packaging process has started, you will receive the delivery note and invoice. A tracking number for shipment tracking in DE is only available for spare parts and accessories.
