That's how it works

In our configurator, you can put together both our top-selling bikes (i.e. prefabricated bikes in standardized versions, as they are in our warehouse), as well as our custom bikes, i.e. individually configured equipment.

The configurator only allows the selection of mutually compatible components for the individual models. Only what fits together can be clicked on and the process can only be completed when all necessary parts have been taken into account. So nothing can be forgotten and everything fits together perfectly in the end.

In addition, information, such as instructions, about the articles is available for viewing or downloading in the configurator. There are pictures of all articles and some also videos (e.g. assembly instructions).

At the end, the configuration can be completed with the creation of a PDF and the receipt of a configuration number. Both, i.e. PDF with the configuration number, then via your own email program to order@hasebikes.com send. We will create an order from the PDF and an order confirmation will be returned to you immediately.

For custom bikes, you will receive a separate email with the delivery date of the bike.

On the day of completion by us or as soon as the packaging process has started, you will receive the delivery note and invoice including a tracking number for tracking the shipment.
