For an electric parallel tandem, the Kettwiesel TWO is surprisingly easy to maneuver. Its low weight and very small turning circle ensure easy handling when riding, maneuvering, and turning. One person steers. Both enjoy the ride.
One person handles steering, braking, and shifting. This ensures clear, safe operation. The passenger can pedal along or ride without the need to pedal, depending on the settings.
Powerful assistance. Even for two.
The Bosch Performance Line CX motor with 100 Nm of torque gets the Kettwiesel TWO moving with ease. Even when fully loaded, on inclines, or at slow speeds, the assistance remains powerful and easy to modulate.
Stress-free shifting.
The Rohloff E-Shift makes riding especially comfortable. The assistance and shifting are synchronized so that the TWO remains smooth and controlled even at walking pace. The cadence can be set as desired — for example, to 50 or 70 revolutions per minute.
Quickly adjusted to fit.
The seats can be adjusted independently without tools and both swivel for easier boarding. The backrest is adjustable via a quick-release lever. The seat can be moved along a rail forward and down or backward and up. This allows the TWO to fit a wide range of people — from 1.30 m to 2.00 m in height.
Easily adjust the handlebars.
The above-seat steering is adjustable in height and reach. This allows the seating and steering position to be easily adapted to different riders — for a relaxed posture and secure control.
Full suspension for extra comfort.
The adjustable front suspension fork and the MacPherson rear suspension are proven features from the Kettwiesel ONE. With 70 mm of responsive travel, the TWO rides comfortably over uneven paths, cobblestones, or forest trails. The spring preload is adjustable.
Pedal along or just enjoy the ride.
The freewheel lock can be easily switched on or off. This allows the passenger to actively pedal along — or enjoy a more relaxed ride when support is more important than physical effort.
Digitally compatible with the Bosch ecosystem.
The Kettwiesel TWO uses the Bosch system. This makes many digital functions, displays, and tools from the Bosch ecosystem compatible — practical for navigation, range, service, and daily use.
Big on the road. Small for transport.
For transport and storage, the TWO can be easily made more compact: fold the seat backrests flat, fold the handlebars down, loosen the frame bolts, and use a cordless drill to automatically slide it together. The folded dimensions are 180 × 117 × 69 cm. Without the front wheel, the height on a rear carrier remains under 2 m. This makes it possible to transport the TWO upright on a standard car rear carrier.

Easiest to use
The geometry of the frame and the seat on the Kettwiesel ONE can be personalised and easily adjusted to heights from 1.10 m to 2.00 m. The rider doesn’t need tobe a technical expert to adjust the trike and these options allow the rider tobe in a relaxing position and offer the highest level of safety when riding. The low bottom bracket makes it noticeably easier to pedal. Mounting and dismounting is simple on the above-seat steering version with upward folding steering unit and the under-seat steering design with an integrated frame on the steering unit to assist with standing.
Finest construction
The core element of the Kettwiesel ONE is the ultra-modern MacPherson suspension, which has already proven its worth many times in vehicle technology. Our biologically inspired and low maintenance unit for steering, highly sensitive suspension and shock absorbers ensure that every bump on the road is absorbed. Thanks to the size of the tools fitted on the trike, little effort is required to adjust the suspension with 70 mm suspension travel to a total combined weight of up to 140 kg (not including the trike) to guarantee a comfortable riding experience.
Smallest pack size
The length of the frame and handlebars can be smoothly adjusted by hand in a fewsimple steps, which allows the frame to be easily pushed together forhassle-free transportation in a standard vehicle. The handlebars can fold downand both handlebar variants fold in and fold down. With a weight of only 35 kg, a compact pack size (without front wheel: 135 cm length, 88 cm width and 56 cm or 66 cm height for ONE with over-seat steering) and the practical option to park the trike upright, the Kettwiesel ONE is perfect for daily use.
