Professionally, they are both shaping the future: Marie in the expansion of fibre optic infrastructure – she is organised, solution-oriented, with a passion for detail. Niklas in the training of young police officers – with self-possession, thoughtfulness and the aspiration to convey values. What drives them? The desire to live consciously. Time instead of speed.
