Professionally, they are both shaping the future: Marie in the expansion of fibre optic infrastructure – she is organised, solution-oriented, with a passion for detail. Niklas in the training of young police officers – with self-possession, thoughtfulness and the aspiration to convey values. What drives them? The desire to live consciously. Time instead of speed. Quality instead of quantity. And the joint project of life. They love getting stuck in – whether they’re doing DIY or planning the next adventure. In winter they are drawn to the snow; in summer to the sea. And if they want something completely different?
